Please include the Apollon version, your device model, operating-system version, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot is useful when it does not contain private diagram content. Do not attach confidential diagrams to a public GitHub issue.
Updating from the previous iOS app
Install the new version as an update from the App Store. Do not delete the old app first: an in-place update preserves its local app storage so Apollon can import compatible diagrams automatically. Check that your diagrams appear in the new app before removing any separate backups.
You can also export important diagrams as JSON before updating. JSON files can be imported again from the Apollon home screen.
Your diagrams and privacy
Local diagrams remain on your device. They are sent to TUM infrastructure only when you actively choose to share them. Apollon has no advertising or third-party analytics. Read the current privacy statement for retention, collaboration, and data-subject information.
For a shared diagram deletion request, email the support address with its share link or diagram ID. Do not post the link in a public issue.
